lamudi indonesia

Real estate classifieds site Lamudi is rolling out today in Indonesia. The Rocket Internet-run startup operates in 20 countries at present.

The Indonesian Lamudi site launched very quietly three weeks ago and claims to have gained good traction, particularly from Jakarta and Bali.

Lamudi currently has over 2,700 listings on the Indonesian site. It faces stiff competition in the country from PropertyGuru’s Rumah.com and iProperty’s Rumah123.com. Both of them already have over 180,000 active listingss. There is also UrbanIndo which recently raised funding 1 and now has close to 150,000 active listings.

Lamudi recently launched in the Philippines and Pakistan and intends to expand further across Asia.
