- Minimal pendidikan D3/S1 jurusan IT
- Monitoring server di aplikasi web TrueSight.
- Monitoring network di aplikasi web Entuity.
- Monitoring mobile application di Geneos Console.
- Melaporkan setiap issue yang muncul kepada PIC atau tim terkait.
- Membuat daily report.
- Bersedia bekerja secara shifting (24/7).
- Bersedia bekerja di Perbankan.
