YC-backed HR tech startup raises $3.3m in pre-series A add-on round
Advantage Club, a startup focused on human resources tech, has raised US$3.3 million in an add-on round from Jetty Ventures, Earlsfield Capital, SMC Advisors, and others. With this, the startup has closed its pre-series A round at US$5 million.

The company had earlier raised US$1.7 million in August, which drew in investors including Y Combinator, Broom Ventures, Cred founder Kunal Shah, and others.
With the fresh funding, the US-based company aims to expand its operations further worldwide and add more tech-led products and features. It also plans to continue investing in AI and machine learning to improve its product offerings.
Advantage Club was established by former Microsoft executives Sourabh Deorah and Smiti Deorah to redefine employee benefits and engagement beyond provident funds. The startup does this by building deep engagement products that can be further personalized according to user behavior.
“We aim to evolve as a single global platform for employee engagement and financial wellness in the Southeast Asia, West Asia, and North Africa markets,” said Sourabh, who serves as the company’s CEO.
