Everyone’s favorite master thief Garrett is coming back to consoles and PCs—finally!—this winter, and Square Enix has just released some good news: Thief has gone gold. For those that don’t know, that’s industry parlance for “finished”, meaning that no additional changes are being made to the game itself, and the time between now and release day (February 25) will be used for promotion and logistics.
And to celebrate the completion of the game, the Japanese company has also released a brand-new trailer that tells you everything you need to know about being a thief. Behold:
Thief is coming to PC and all the major consoles starting February 25 in North America and February 28 in Europe. There are no confirmed launch dates for Asian regions, but the PC version of the game should be available globally via digital retailers like Steam, and local game shops will likely have imported copies of the game as well if you’d prefer to play it on a console.
