Product Owner - Banking Industry

Client: Banking Industry

Location: Alam Sutra - Tangerang (Full WFO)

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, Finance, or a related field.

- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Product Owner, preferably within the Banking or Financial Services industry.

- Proven experience in Islamic Banking / Sharia Banking (Perbankan Syariah).

- Previous experience as a Business Analyst or Product Owner in banking or financial services is required.

- Minimum 3 years of experience working in Agile Software Development environments.

- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, Scrum frameworks, and product development lifecycles.

- Excellent knowledge of Scrum techniques and artifacts, including:

  - Definition of Done (DoD)

  - User Stories and Acceptance Criteria

  - Product Backlog Management and Backlog Refinement

  - Sprint Planning and Sprint Reviews

  - Automated Testing practices

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Ability to translate complex business requirements into clear technical requirements for development teams.

- Experience collaborating with developers, QA engineers, and business stakeholders throughout the software development lifecycle.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience handling digital banking products or Islamic banking platforms.

- Understanding of Sharia banking products, business processes, and operational workflows.

- Professional certifications in Agile, Scrum, or Product Ownership (e.g., CSPO, PSPO) would be an advantage.
