    Social Networking Mobile App Usage Increased By 240%

    Friends will always hear me say, “If we want to see how technology advances in the future, just look at Japan now.”

    Accessing social networking sites through mobile phones has long been a norm for the Japanese. Now, we are seeing it happen in other places, such as the US.

    According to comScore’s MobiLens study, social networking apps grew their user base by 240% from April 2009 to April 2010.

    With increased app usage, more people would be accessing social networks via their mobile phones. For now, and unsurprisingly, the most popular app across all operating systems is Facebook.
