Retired Chinese Dota 2 legends form a new team, and they’re looking for names!

When players retire, people often wonder about their chances of coming back to the scene as a competitive player. Team DK’s Zhang “LaNm” Zhicheng and Invictus Gaming’s (iG) Jiang “YYF” Cen have both joined the list of retirees after The International 2014 (TI4), but it seems we’ll be seeing the latter in a fun team of veterans, as Yao “Zhou” Chen had recently announced on his weibo:

Our team roster is confirmed: Zhou, LongDD, YYF, 820, and June. We’re playing for fun; as long as everyone’s happy, it’s all good. Can anyone help us to come up with a team name that suits us?

With the exception of CIS Lin “June” Shiyang, the team is composed of retired veteran players who have remained in the Dota 2 scene as casters. Based on this post, the team isn’t aiming to become a high-tier competitive team for The International 2015. There hasn’t been an announcement about which tournament this team of veterans will be participating in, but we can be sure that this is something old-school Dota fans won’t want to miss.
