In brief: Oyo reportedly planning more cloud kitchens

• India-based startup Oyo Rooms is looking to create more cloud kitchen brands as it aims to become a full-fledged hospitality chain, according to three people familiar with the matter.
• Oyo is currently doing a pilot of its first cloud kitchen under the Adrak brand.
• “Food will form an ancillary revenue stream for Oyo, and they have been experimenting with different models for a while now,” said one of the sources.
• The company is also supposedly looking to list the brands on food delivery platforms, such as Swiggy and Zomato.
