• Respond to customer inquiries via WhatsApp, Instagram, and E-commerce platforms.
• Educate customers on product details and help them choose the right products.
• Drive sales through product recommendations, cross-selling, and persuasive communication.
• Handle customer complaints calmly and professionally, aiming for quick and satisfying resolutions.
• Maintain fast response times, clear explanations, and a friendly, respectful tone in every interaction.
