The Mission
Own one number: profitable growth of our Owners Club subscription.
You’ll build and run the machine that turns dollars into engaged 7 day trials → paying subscribers, and you’ll report in hard numbers, not vibes.
What You’ll Do
- Design and run paid acquisition on core channels for US founder / owner audiences.
- Build and optimize funnels: ads, landing pages, onboarding flows, basic email sequences.
- Develop, publish, and test a high volume of hooks, creatives, and angles based on our “Struggling Steve → Visionary Victor” narrative.
- Create effective VSLs.
- Secure sponsorships and endorsements.
- Manage affiliate program on PartnerStack.
- Set up reliable tracking from click → trial → engaged trial → paid → 60–90 day retention.
- Think of other creative ways to grow the company.
- Report daily to owner with growth reports: content created, spend, trials, CAC, sponsorships, endorsements, learnings, next tests.
What Success Looks Like
By 90 days:
- Tracking is live and trusted across the funnel.
- You are generating at least 60 engaged trials / month and 10–15 new paying customers / month from your work.
- Baseline CAC per customer is established at ≤ USD 600 and trending down.
By 6 months:
- 120+ engaged trials / month and 25–35 new paying customers / month.
- Blended CAC (ad spend + creative production) under USD 500, with a clear path to scale budget.
Who You Are
- 4–10 years in growth / performance marketing for B2B SaaS, info products, or similar.
- Hands-on: you’ve personally run ads, built landing pages, set up tracking, and written copy.
- Comfortable marketing to US founders / owners and writing in clear, non-hypey language.
- Data-driven: you think in CAC, LTV, payback, not impressions and followers.
Compensation
- Total Cash Compensation Range: SGD 8,500 to 12,200 / month
- Base Salary Range: SGD 8,500 to 9,200 / month
- Performance Bonus: up to SGD 3,000 / month based on results
- Full time role with a 3 month trial period
- Remote setup with flexible working hours (some overlap with US business hours expected)
