Intel taps Israeli executive as interim data center chief
Intel has appointed Karin Eibschitz Segal as interim head of its Data Center and AI Group (DCAI) after Justin Hotard’s departure, who will become Nokia’s CEO on April 1.
Eibschitz Segal has been with Intel for over 20 years, holding senior roles in design engineering and validation.
Intel highlighted her leadership in products, systems, and infrastructure, while also acknowledging Hotard’s contributions to DCAI.
She takes on the interim role as Intel shifts its strategy to expand manufacturing for external clients.
