Founded earlier this year, Plugo enables Indonesian sellers to build their own online stores, integrating payment, logistics, and marketing services. The platform is currently in closed beta and is set to be released to the public early next year.

It plans to use the fresh funding for product development and hiring purposes.

The firm was established by KyungMin Bang, who previously founded CodeBrick, a South Korea-based firm that ran a similar service in Indonesia called TokoTalk. The service was shut down on October 28.
