Human Resources Information System (HRIS) Section Head

Job Responsibilities

• Analyze user requirements and existing business processes to identify system improvement opportunities.
• Provide technical support and solutions for HRIS and payroll system enhancements.
• Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, bugs, and application errors.
• Perform minor programming, system modifications, and application configuration as needed.
• Validate system data to ensure accuracy and reliability.
• Develop and maintain system reports based on user requirements.
• Support system testing and ensure proper application documentation.
• Manage basic system setup, configuration, and user access administration.
• Collaborate with users and relevant departments to improve system functionality and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in system analysis, application development, or HRIS.
• Familiarity with HRIS and payroll systems.
• Proficient in troubleshooting and problem-solving.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication and project management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to be placed in West Jakarta.
