Job Description

• Initiate positive and creative employee experiences in line with Playmakers' culture and values.
• Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, employee development, and performance management.
• Handle and support daily operational activities related to employee administration and engagement.
• Responsible for Talent Acquisition, covering manpower planning, recruitment process, and employer branding initiatives.
• Manage People Management activities, including employee relations, attendance, and internal coordination.
• Support People Development programs such as training, learning initiatives, and employee growth plans.
• Oversee General Affair activities to ensure smooth office operations and employee facilities support.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology or a related field.
• Possess strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Passionate about working with people and creating positive, engaging, and creative employee experiences.
• Creative, easy-going, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office and Google Docs.
