Recruiter Freelance

Job Responsibilities:

• Sourcing & attraction on job portal, databases, LinkedIn, social media platforms, and other channels to identify and attract qualified candidates.
• Screenings applications and resumes to identify potential candidates that align with job requirements and company needs.
• Scheduling and conducting interviews with shortlisted candidates. Coordinate between candidates and hiring managers for seamless communication.
• Communicate effectively with candidates through phone, email, and in-person (when necessary) for recruitment process.
• Ensure that candidates align not only with the job specifications but also with the company's culture, values, and working environment.
• Ensure the hiring timeline is in accordance with the specified time.
• Provide regular updates on recruitment progress, candidate statuses, and market trends to the hiring team.
• Maintain a continuous flow of candidates by proactively reaching out to passive talent and managing an ongoing pipeline for current and future roles.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in recruitment, preferably in digital marketing, creative industry, or related fields.
• Strong sourcing and headhunting skills using job portal, LinkedIn, Tech In Asia, Glints and other social media/job platforms.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple hiring processes at once.
• Ability to evaluate candidates based on both technical skills and cultural fit.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently, managing your schedule effectively.
