In brief: Former Google exec joins Sequoia India as managing director
- Sequoia India named Rajan Anandan to serve as a managing director at the venture capital firm.
- Anandan will act as investment advisor and mentor for the company’s Surge program, which gives startups access to capital, talent, network, and company-building knowledge.
- Prior to the appointment, Anandan worked as head of Google India and Southeast Asia and led Microsoft and Dell in India.
