In brief: Platform focused on open innovation bags $14.6m in funding
- Agorize, which provides an online platform for open innovation challenges, has raised US$14.6 million in funding from Creadev, Sofiouest, Iris Capital, and Capnamic Ventures.
- The Paris-founded, Singapore-based startup plans to hire between 75 and 120 employees in sales, marketing, customer support, as well as developers and community managers to handle hackathon participants by the end of the year.
- Agorize’s platform offers online hackathons backed by companies and facilitates open innovation by connecting businesses and organizations with innovators from all over the world.
