1. MetroResidences | Singapore

MetroResidences rents out fully furnished apartments to corporates without the steep markups that landlords usually charge business-class travelers. The startup doesn’t own the apartments, but taps private property owners or large asset management companies who may have idle properties they want rented out. It takes care of setting up and styling the apartments, as well as the viewing, leasing, and maintenance checkboxes.


2. Shutta | Vietnam

Shutta removes the need to decide between shooting video and taking photos. A 4K video taken on an iPhone 6s via the app would give users photos of print-quality resolution. It also includes a social network where the community of Shutta users from around the world can share their photos and interact with each other.


3. Flyrobe | India (Startup Profile)

Flyrobe is a Mumbai-based online fashion rental service that will deliver the clothing or accessory of your choice to your doorstep in three hours once you order it on their app or through their website.


4. Wishup | India (Startup Profile)

Wishup combines several apps’ functions into one in aim to be a one-stop shop solution to cater to customers’ day-to-day requirements. From having its’ operators do the searching, filtering, and choosing of standardized services from laundry to grocery for users, it also lets its users submit to-do lists and also plans to use artificial intelligence in categories like cab bookings and mobile top-ups.


5. FlySpaces | Philippines

FlySpaces bills itself as an Airbnb for office and retail spaces. It offers offices, meeting rooms, and commercial spaces that businesses and entrepreneurs can lease for short periods or whenever they need them.


6. Aspiring Minds | India (Startup Profile)

Adtech startup Aspiring Minds uses a combination of assessment, programming, voice recognition, simulation, and other technology to help match job seekers up with employment that’s a good fit for their skills and expertise.
