The round, which also saw participation from existing investor Inspire Ventures, brings Deliveree’s total funds raised to US$109 million over the past five years.

The company will use the proceeds to enter more market sectors and to expand its services to include containerized cargo solutions. Funding will also go towards enhancing support for Deliveree’s over 25,000 businesses clients.

Tom Kim, Deliveree’s co-founder and CEO, said in a statement that now is a pivotal time for logistics in Southeast Asia, as the adoption of tech platforms is transforming the industry, which often lags behind technologically.

Deliveree’s gross transaction value grew by 3.2x over the last 24 months, and it is on track to exceed US$100 million by end of 2022.

Founded in 2015, Deliveree operates in Thailand, Indonesia, and the Philippines, offering a “logistics supermarket” of trucking and cargo shipping solutions.

The company secured US$$18.5 million in a series B round in 2020 and banked US$14.5 million in series A money in 2017. Gobi Partners and Inspire Ventures have been investors since Deliveree’s series A fundraise.
