Job description & requirements
- Pendidikan minimal S1 di bidang Sistem Informasi, IT, Manajemen, atau bidang relevan.
- Pengalaman minimal 3 tahun di bidang PMO, Project Coordination, atau IT Project Management.
- Memiliki pengalaman dalam proyek implementasi sistem, seperti HRIS, ERP, atau enterprise application menjadi nilai tambah.
- Memahami project planning, timeline monitoring, risk management, dan project reporting.
- Mahir menggunakan Microsoft Excel dan PowerPoint.
- Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi, koordinasi, dokumentasi, dan problem-solving yang baik.
- Memiliki sertifikasi Project Management Professional (PMP) menjadi nilai tambah.
- Teliti, terorganisasi, dan mampu berkoordinasi dengan berbagai stakeholder.
