Learning Innovation Technology Officer

Job Responsibilities :

• Support the review and analysis of current business processes to improve efficiency and value through ICT solutions.
• Assist in designing, developing, and managing learning technology strategies, roadmaps, and initiatives aligned with organizational goals.
• Support the implementation, maintenance, and integration of learning technology systems and applications.
• Conduct benchmarking and research on learning technologies, best practices, and industry trends.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, vendors, SMEs, and external partners to ensure successful project delivery.
• Assist in needs assessment, solution analysis, and recommendation of technology-driven improvements.
• Support communication and engagement initiatives to increase user adoption of learning platforms and applications.
• Ensure proper documentation throughout the application development and implementation process.
• Monitor project timelines, system integration activities, and implementation outcomes.
• Prepare reports, maintain data confidentiality, and provide management support through continuous process improvements.
• Stay updated on emerging learning technologies and recommend innovative solutions to enhance learning experiences.

Requirements :

• A Bachelor's Degree (S1) in a relevant field.
• At least 2 years of professional experience, preferably in Learning & Development, Learning Technology, ICT, or Digital Transformation.
• Knowledge and hands-on experience with learning technologies, digital learning platforms, or ICT solutions.
• Strong project management, planning, and coordination skills.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify improvement opportunities and recommend solutions.
• Experience in system implementation, integration, or digital transformation projects is an advantage.
• Skills in multimedia development, UI/UX, social media campaigns, and branding are preferred.
• Proficiency in data processing, reporting, and presentation of insights.
• A proactive mindset with a passion for innovation, continuous improvement, and emerging learning technologies.
