Senior UI/UX Designer

Job Description

• Design end-to-end user flows for our consumer mobile app, including happy paths, edge cases, and error states
• Build and maintain our design system in Figma
• Create Lottie animations to enhance user interactions
• Use AI tools to turn product requirements into flows, design concepts, and documentation, and critically refine the outputs
• Deliver developer-ready Figma files with clear layer naming, component structure, and interaction specs
• Work closely with Developers, QA, and Product Managers to align designs with business goals and validate built features against approved designs
• Proactively identify UX issues and take ownership of design quality from concept to implementation

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in UI/UX or Product Design, preferably on consumer-facing mobile apps
• Strong proficiency in Figma (Auto Layout, Components, Variants, Prototyping, Design Systems)
• Experienced in creating and implementing Lottie animations
• Strong prompt engineering skills and experience with AI-assisted design
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and problem-solving
• Familiar with iOS Human Interface Guidelines and Android Material Design
• Highly detail-oriented, with consistent layouts, spacing, typography, and components
• Able to clearly present and explain design decisions
• Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end processes, complex user flows, and polished UI
• Able to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to a fast-paced environment
• Experience with transactional flows, payments, or ticketing platforms is a plus
