Indonesian ecommerce firm Blibli has announced a unified omnichannel ecosystem called Blibli Tiket. The ecosystem merges Blibli’s offerings with those of its two subsidiaries: travel booking platform Tiket.com and supermarket chain Ranch Market.
In a statement provided to Tech in Asia, a Blibli spokesperson said that “every channel and platform in the ecosystem” will be integrated. However, the statement did not elaborate on what exactly the integration entails, or whether a merger is happening on a legal basis.
The news follows Blibli’s recent resubmission of its IPO application. Previously, the Djarum Group-backed company was reported to be considering a merger with Tiket in advance of going public.

Blibli acquired Tiket in 2017, though the two companies remained separate entities following the deal. Both companies have integrated their apps since February, operating separate apps that feature services from both.
Last year, the ecommerce firm acquired PT Supra Boga Lestari, a publicly listed company that operates supermarket brands in Indonesia. Other than Ranch Market, the brands include The Gourmet and Farmers Market.
