Although PC and Xbox One players will get to enjoy Titanfall this coming March 11, it looks like Xbox 360 players will now have to wait nearly an extra two weeks as the 360’s release date just got bumped to March 25.
EA’s official statement says that they needed to give Bluepoint, the company responsible for the Xbox 360 development of the game, more time to put the finishing touches on the game.
On January 28, Redspawn Entertainment’s co-founder, Vince Zampella revealed via twitter that Bluepoint was tasked with developing Titanfall for the Xbox 360. The company has been responsible for remastering several Playstation 2 games for the Playstation 3 and Xbox 360, and I have full confidence they will be up for the task of finishing Titanfall by their new release date. Just unfortunate that we now have to wait.
