Death gods, trick samurai, and baby demons duke it out in new J-Stars Victory Vs videos

It is a matter of a days before the anime fighter J-Stars Victory Vs will be released in Japan, and Bandai Namco has decided to put out another string of character videos.

Kurosaki Ichigo (Bleach)

Everyone’s favorite Shinigami substitute, Kurosaki Ichigo, will be one tough cookie. He can use his flash step to close in on opponents in the blink of an eye and can create powerful combos with his sword Zangetsu. After a series of combos Ichigo is able to produce his famed Getsugatensho and send his enemies flying. His ultimate attack, Mugetsu, will require every bit of health and stamina you have, but if you can pull it off, it’s an instant KO.

Gintoki Sakata (Gintama)

Gintoki is a samurai trick fighter who mixes in gag attacks like his soy sauce sword with incredibly powerful attacks like his version of the Kamehameha. This leaves his opponents (and even the player) guessing as to what will come next. Gintoki is not your typical samurai. He zooms across the battlefield on his scooter and replenishes health by eating icecream. He has several long distance explosive attacks that can hit an enemy at any range, but his ultimate attack involves his famed wooden sword.

Oga Tatsumi and Beelzebub (Beelzebub)

The demon baby Beelzebub has paired up with Oga Tatsumi to make one formidable fighter. Tatsumi is able to stick his famed Devil Emblem on his opponents which act as triggers. If he can then land an attack on that emblem it will create an explosive reaction. Once he drinks his special super milk he can place emblems on all four sides of his opponent making it easy to deal huge damage. Beelzebub doesn’t just sit on Tatsumi’s shoulders and watch though, he will be able to electrocute the competition, which can even break through the enemy’s guard.

Sawada Tsunayoshi and Reborn (Reborn!)

Tatsumi and Beelzebub are not the only duo to fear, Sawada Tsunayoshi and Reborn are also teaming up in battle. These two use the power of death to create flames that help Tsunayoshi to rush across the field in an instant. The flames also help to create combos that can be done both on the ground and in the air. When he has enough stamina he can use his X Burst, a string of high speed attacks, or his X Burner, a long distance fire attack. If you are not careful, these two will burn you to a crisp.
