I love great leaders! I believe that good leaders are people who give us a chance, and they provide a space for employees to develop their skillsets and their mindset. I think great leaders are willing to teach you. They are truly happy to see you get better day after day. This is what I think an ideal leader looks like:
- They’re willing to teach you and not be afraid that “you will be better than them”.
- They start everything with clear “WHYs”.
- Have a sense of humor and deeply understand how to utilize employees’ strengths.
