·       Minimal Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, IT and/or marketing management
·       Having working experience in Internet Service Provider industry at least 2 years
·       Knowledge of customer business processes  & project business case
·       Ability to have a business-oriented vision
·       Ability to read RFP
·       Skills and knowledge required to prepare and present tenders or proposals
·       Negotiation skill
·       Having strong customer communication skills, good interpersonal
·       Dynamic, active, hardworking and target oriented
·       Able to work in a team, energetic, strong negotiation skill and presentable
·       Excellent interpersonal relationship building, presentation and conversational skill
