As an outstanding example of Social Enterprise initiative in Singapore, Social Innovation Park (SIP) is honoured to coordinate the Social Enterprise Showcase at the APEC WLN (Women Leaders Network) Meeting. The meeting will be held from 3 to 5 August 2009, at Raffles Convention Centre. It will bring together more than 400 women leaders in trade and business from the 21 APEC Economies.
At the event, local Social Enterprises will showcases their products, at the same time have the chance to interact with influential women leaders in the region. This in turn, increase the awareness of Social Enterprises in Singapore and build the Social Economy.
