Singapore proptech firm launches B2B construction, real estate marketplace
Spaceworx, a Singapore-based proptech firm, has launched a new construction and real estate industry-focused marketplace, which aims to offer a universal platform for users, including landlords, operators, occupants, and system integrators, who are looking for smart-space solutions.
The company also allows businesses to list their products on the marketplace.

The platform “enables businesses to compose their own integrated digital solutions with the help of an ecosystem of building blocks: preintegrated products, preconfigured automations, and expert service providers,” the company said in a statement.
Spaceworx said it has onboarded more than 400 products and 110 automation solutions onto the marketplace before it was officially launched. It also onboarded partners such as WasteHero, MapsPeople, MicroEngine, and Visioglobe.
Following the launch, Spaceworx aims to expand its offerings to categories such as insurance, security, utilities, electricals, and furniture, among others.
Spaceworx currently operates in Singapore and Malaysia. The company plans to roll out its services in the Asia Pacific, Middle East, Europe, and the US in the coming months.
