Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.

Minimum 3 years of professional experience in the manufacturing industry.

Proven experience as a System Analyst, Business Analyst, or Functional Analyst.

Strong understanding of requirements gathering and business process analysis.

Ability to translate business requirements into system specifications and functional documentation.

Experience preparing documentation such as BRD, FSD, flowcharts, and system specifications.

Understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including SIT and UAT.

Strong communication and coordination skills with business users, stakeholders, and technical teams.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
