SUMMARY OF OPPORTUNITY

• Position: Recruiting Associate
• Location: Kemang, South Jakarta

As part of our Recruiting team, you will handle email communication and processing our heavy volume of inbound candidate applications for our expanding open positions. The work will be heavily over email (about 60% of workload) with some video and live interviewing (40% of workload). Specifically, your work will involve responding to applicants via email, carrying out screening steps, collecting and verifying key documents, scheduling interviews for yourself and sometimes for others, contacting and liaising with references, and advancing candidates who meet our criteria to a final offer of employment. Handling projects and improvement works for Recruiting are also part of the responsibility of this team.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Undergraduate GPA 3.0 or higher
• Fresh graduates or candidates with 1-2 years of experience are welcome to apply
• Excellent English skills
• Excellent speaking and writing skills
• Self-motivated, independent, and hard-working
• Strong reasoning, logic, and analysis skills
