Sequoia-backed marketing analytics startup nets $15.5m in series B round
Oribi, a marketing analytics tool startup based in Israel, announced that it has closed US$15.5 million in a series B funding round led by Ibex Investors.
MoreTech Ventures, along with existing investors Sequoia Capital, TLV Partners, and S Capital also participated in the round.
The latest investment brings the total capital the company has raised to US$27 million. It raised US$5.4 million in a seed round led by Sequoia Capital in 2016 and US$7 million in an investment led by S Capital in 2019.

Founded in 2015, Oribi provides a codeless marketing analytics tool to help companies evaluate online sales and conversions. It allows users to collect data even without developers.
Its product integrates with websites and marketing channels and helps analyze results, including measuring the effectiveness of each marketing channel and evaluating the behavior of site visitors. It also exports information about site activities that it has collected to other marketing tools and platforms.
The company claims that current marketing analytics tools require “long and expensive” integrations, usually taking several months. Oribi’s platform, however, allows the integration processes to be completed in just a few minutes.
It also claims to give every business access to online marketing and customer analysis, “just as Shopify did with online payments and Wix did with website setup and management,” said Ibex partner Gal Gitter.
