A privacy checklist for mobile marketers in the post-iOS14 era (Infographic)
In Southeast Asia, the way data is shared and consumed is rapidly changing. Users are increasingly adopting mobile-first habits to seek out information and content to guide their decisions, such as making a purchase. Mobile marketers, in turn, have been capitalizing on these “micro-moments” that define a user’s unique online behavior to create personalized advertisements – a proven formula for driving conversions.
But in April, tech major Apple announced an update to its App Tracking Transparency (ATT) privacy framework as part of the iOS14.5. Apps are now required to get users’ permission before tracking their data, whether directly or through third parties.
This update has inevitably upended how advertisers can reach their audiences. Given these changes, we’ve come up with a privacy-centric checklist for mobile marketers in the post-iOS14 age.

AppsFlyer empowers marketers to grow their businesses and innovate through its suite of comprehensive measurement and analytics solutions. Built around privacy by design, the company’s customer-centric approach has helped over 12,000 brands and 6,000 technology partners make better business decisions every day.
