Indonesian property startup Pinhome has announced a partnership with Bank Mandiri, the country’s largest bank by assets, to launch an app called Riku.

The new app helps users find properties, schedule visits, and apply for loans. Inventories will come from Pinhome, along with Bank Mandiri’s property broker partners. The bank can also add assets that it wants to sell or put on auction.

According to a statement, Pinhome’s algorithm will make sure that leads in the app are spread evenly for property brokers.

Founded in 2019 by former Gojek executives Dayu Dara Permata and Ahmed Aljunied, Pinhome works with banks, property developers, and other service providers to make buying, selling, and renting properties easier. The platform is integrated into Gojek’s ecosystem, offering users in 17 Indonesian cities with home cleaning, air conditioner cleaning, and carwash services.

Pinhome received around US$25 million in a series A funding round from Ribbit Capital, Goodwater Capital, and Insignia Ventures Partners in July, according to VentureCap Insights data.
