- Yummy, the catering business of Indonesian lifestyle group Ismaya, has acquired online catering platform Berrykitchen for an undisclosed sum, local website Detik reports.
- The entire Berrykitchen team will join Yummy’s online catering arm, Yummybox.
- Founded in 2012, Berrykitchen delivers lunch boxes mostly to office workers. It closed a series A funding round led by Sovereign’s Capital in 2015.
