TechStorm is looking to make its services available across 20 countries in Asia Pacific by the end of 2019. Earlier this year, it launched in Indonesia, the Philippines, and Singapore.
The channel also launched a network of tech influencers in Asia. “We are confident that this is the first of many more announcements to come and we invite up-and-coming tech/entrepreneurship key opinion leaders and influencers in Asia to join us,” Debbie Lee, founder of TechStorm, said in a statement.
It has tapped Willy Foo, a tech and photography influencer, to host its tech and entrepreneurship news series, Storm Bytes.
TechStorm is owned by Singapore-headquartered TechTV Network. It claims to have reached 1.3 million paying TV subscribers in Asia and an audience of 5.3 million within two months of launch in the region.
