Junior Graphic Designer

Job Description:

• Responsible for producing visual design assets for the company's brands, covering various industries, including F&B and wellness, with a target of 40–60 design assets per month.
• Develop creative and engaging visual content while maintaining brand consistency across all assigned brands.
• Remain flexible in supporting other brands beyond the primary assigned portfolio based on business and operational needs.
• Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to deliver design materials for various marketing and promotional activities.
• Assist the video production team in creating basic motion graphics and animations to support video content production.
• Ensure all design deliverables meet quality standards and are completed within the established deadlines.

Requirements: 

• Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Graphic Design, Visual Communication Design (DKV), or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in graphic design or a similar role.
• Proficient in graphic design principles and Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Possess basic knowledge and skills in motion graphics and animation.
• Creative, detail-oriented, and able to translate ideas into visually appealing designs.
• Able to manage multiple design tasks and work effectively under tight deadlines.
• Willing to work onsite in South Jakarta.
