Marketing Creative Content (Tiktok)

Job Desc : 

• Develop creative and compelling communication across campaigns, products, social media, digital activations, and brand initiatives. 
• Translate business and product objectives into communication ideas, key messages, and creative concepts. 
• Write and develop campaign copy, headlines, taglines, social media content, scripts, product messaging, and other communication materials. 
• Collaborate with Creative, Brand Experience, Social Media, Product, and Business teams to ensure communication aligns with business and brand objectives. 
• Maintain a consistent Allo Bank tone of voice across different channels and customer touchpoints. 
• Adapt communication based on target audience, channel, and campaign objectives. 
• Develop communication that supports awareness, consideration, engagement, and customer acquisition. 
• Review and refine copy to ensure clarity, consistency, accuracy, and creative quality. 

Requirements : 

• Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Marketing, Advertising, Journalism, English/Literature, or related fields. 
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Creative Writer, Copywriter, Content Writer, or similar role. 
• Strong portfolio in campaign, digital, social media, and brand communication. 
• Excellent writing and storytelling skills in Bahasa Indonesia, with good command of English. 
• Strong understanding of brand communication, tone of voice, and audience insights. 
• Able to translate business or product information into simple, engaging, and relevant communication. 
• Creative, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced and collaborative environment. 
• Experience in banking, fintech, digital products, or consumer brands is an advantage.
