Singapore AI-powered SaaS startup nabs $2m from Target Global, others
Singapore-based Osome, an AI-powered business services platform, has raised US$2 million in a round led by Target Global. Phystech Ventures, ADRU, and a number of angel investors also participated.
The startup will use the fresh capital for product development and expansion into new markets like Australia and Hong Kong.
Launched in January 2018, Osome provides small and medium-sized enterprises with business management services, including business registration, company record-keeping, accounting, filing of annual returns, corporate secretary services, and payroll management.
Osome eliminates the middleman, offering these services directly to its clients through a range of packages that cost anywhere between US$255 (S$350) and US$1,900 (S$2,550).
It also leverages a proprietary AI chatbot technology, which delegates routine administrative tasks to robots.
Tech in Asia has reached out to Osome for more information. We’ll update this piece accordingly.
