SAP ABAP Developer

• Minimum 2–4 years of experience as an SAP ABAP Developer.
• Strong experience in SAP HC/HCM modules and understanding of end-to-end HC processes, including payroll.
• Experienced in SAP integration with external systems, including interfaces and APIs.
• Proficient in ABAP Programming, including Report, ALV, BAPI, BADI, User Exit, Smartforms, and Adobe Forms.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication skills and able to work effectively in a team.
• Experience in the banking industry or large-scale institutions is a plus.
• Experience in SAP HC implementation or rollout projects is preferred.
• Familiarity with SAP SuccessFactors is an advantage
• WIlling to fully WFO Jakarta
