TuSimple Holdings Inc. has rebranded as CreateAI, marking a shift from autonomous driving technology to AI applications in the animation and video game industries.

The company introduced its first generative AI model, “Ruyi,” which is now available as open-source on the Hugging Face platform.

According to CreateAI, “Ruyi” is designed to maintain frame consistency and motion fluency while enhancing color quality and composition.

TuSimple, previously known for autonomous trucking, has shifted its resources toward AI for digital entertainment while divesting some assets in the process.
