Nebius Group NV, an Amsterdam-based AI infrastructure firm, has secured US$700 million through a private placement.

Investors include Nvidia Corp. and Accel Partners LP, with shares sold at US$21 each.

The funding aims to enhance Nebius’s cloud-computing services for AI applications.

Nebius was formerly part of Russian tech company Yandex but rebranded earlier this year after selling its Russian operations.
