TSMC’s November sales up 34% due to strong AI demand
Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Co. (TSMC) reported a 34% sales increase in November.
Sales reached NT$276.1 billion (around US$8.5 billion), mainly due to demand in the AI sector.
Sales for October and November rose by 31.4% compared to the previous year.
Meanwhile, TSMC’s shares have risen by about 80% this year.
As a major supplier for Apple and Nvidia, TSMC has gained from heightened investments in AI-focused data centers.
