Angel investors from Manila Angel Investors Network and Edusuite clients Batangas Eastern Colleges and Sumulong College of Arts and Sciences participated in the funding round. The startup is also backed by the  Philippines’ Department of Science and Technology.

The two-year-old Edusuite provides educational institutions with a software that uses AI to predict administrative needs. For example, it can gauge demand for subjects in the next school term and then make recommendations to school administrators.

The firm claims it has seven schools in its client portfolio since the software’s commercial launch last year.
