How MTV India’s Twitter Campaign became a Trending Topic

MTV India once again proved its prowess when it comes to social media marketing. This time around, MTV India organized an Exclusive Preview Tweetup of “Roadies-8” for a group of Twitter Influencers. It went on Twitter’s trending topic.

The first episode of the biggest cult reality series in India “MTV Hero Honda Roadies 8-Shortcut to Hell” is always a treat for its millions of viewers across the country. But a lucky and deserving few witnessed the same. A day prior to the seasons’ television premiere, a group of 50 twitterers from Mumbai got to witness the exclusive preview in MTV India’s office.

With more than 185,000 followers, MTV India has proven that its the best when it comes to capitalizing on social media. It is also the most followed brand in India.
