Malaysian data set provider Supahands secures series A funding
Malaysia-based Supahands, which provides data sets for machine learning, said it has raised an undisclosed amount in a series A funding round for expansion in the Asia-Pacific region.
The funding was led by venture capital firm Patamar Capital and Malaysia’s Cradle Seed Ventures, the venture capital arm of early stage investor Cradle Fund Sdn Bhd.

Founded in 2014, the company helps companies developing machine learning models with data sets, which could be a labor intensive and time-consuming process.
The company also appointed Shuyin Tang, partner at Patamar Capital and Nor Azah Razali to its board.
