An inside look into the indie game scene with Vlambeer’s Rami Ismail in Jakarta

If so, you’ll be thrilled to hear of the opportunity to glean fascinating insights into the gaming world firsthand from prominent indie gaming expert, Rami Ismail, in Jakarta!

Organized by the Association of Game Indonesia (AGI), Tech in Asia, Toge Productions, and Touchten Games, the meetup happening next Wednesday is supported by Duniaku and Agate Studio.

As half of the duo that forms Dutch gaming company Vlambeer, Rami Ismail is a renowned developer known for his work on a variety of quality games including Nuclear Throne, Ridiculous Fishing, and Luftrauser. In this session, he will be delving deeper into Vlambeer’s backstory and sharing pointers on how your game can earn global recognition – even if you hail from a small team.

Expect an intimate and cosy session with one of the most prominent game developers in the scene, as he shares an inside look into the independent gaming industry!

About Rami Ismail

Rami Ismail is part of the duo team of indie game developers at Vlambeer. While he heads the business development and marketing for the company, Rami still actively designs code for games. He is a frequent speaker at various international gaming events.

Rami is also one of the creators of Indie MEGABOOTH, a collective indie dev community which has helped other independent developers garner more attention in huge gaming conferences such as PAX and Gamescom.
