IT Support (Core Banking)

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. 
• Minimum 3–4 years of experience in IT Support, Application Support, or Core Banking Support. 
• Experience supporting Core Banking Systems (e.g., Temenos T24, Finacle, Flexcube, Silverlake, Mambu, or similar platforms) is preferred. 
• Basic knowledge of SQL for data validation and troubleshooting. 
• Familiarity with Linux/Unix and Windows Server environments. 
• Understanding of Core Banking business processes such as Customer Information File (CIF), CASA, Loans, Deposits, Payments, and Fund Transfers. 
• Experience with incident management and ticketing tools such as JIRA, ServiceNow, or Remedy. 
• Understanding of API concepts, application logs, and system monitoring tools is an advantage. 
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. 
• Willing to work in shifts, weekends, or provide on-call support when necessary. 
• Familiarity with ITIL processes is a plus.
