Technical Requirements:

1. Salesforce Architecture & Design

- Designs scalable Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, data model, security, automation, and integration.

2. Apex & LWC Development

- Develops Apex, SOQL, triggers, batch jobs, schedulers, and Lightning Web Components.

3. Integration & API Development

- Builds Salesforce integrations with ERP, PMS, MDM, and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.

4. Data, Deployment & DevOps

- Leads data migration, sandbox management, CI/CD, release, and production deployment.

5. Business Consulting & Leadership

- Translates business needs into technical designs and guides users, developers, and stakeholders.

Job Responsibilities:

1. User & Security Management: They manage user accounts and configure security settings, such as Profiles and Sharing Rules, to ensure proper data access.

2. System Customization: They tailor standard objects (Leads, Accounts, Opportunities) and design page layouts to match the company's unique sales processes.

3. Process Automation: They use Salesforce Flow and Approval Processes to automate repetitive tasks, allowing sales teams to focus more on selling.

4. Data Quality Control: They maintain data integrity through validation rules, duplicate prevention tools, and efficient bulk data imports/exports.

5. Analytics & Reporting: They build customized reports and real-time dashboards to help sales managers and executives track KPIs and make data-driven decisions.
