Quality Assurance (EDC)

Requirements:

• Minimum D3/Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a QA Tester, particularly in application or EDC device testing.
• Hands-on experience testing EDC devices, including debit card, credit card, and QRIS payment transactions.
• Understanding of EDC transaction flows, including purchase, void, reversal, settlement, and refund.
• Familiarity with EDC integration with bank hosts, payment gateways, or payment switching systems.
• Experience in preparing and executing test scenarios, test cases, and test reports.
• Ability to perform functional testing, regression testing, integration testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Understanding of troubleshooting and issue analysis for EDC devices, applications, and network connectivity.
• Ability to document, report, and track defects using tools such as Jira, Bugzilla, or similar tools.
• Basic knowledge of API testing and SQL is an advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, good communication skills, and the ability to collaborate with Developers, Business Analysts, and Operations teams.
• Willingness to perform hands-on testing on physical EDC devices and coordinate with relevant teams when required.
